Dance Dads United began with one simple truth: behind every incredible young dancer, there’s someone who shows up, cheers loudly, and carries the bags. For me, Bradford Chabot, that someone is a dad. From Nashua, New Hampshire, to every competition venue, we are here to ensure that every dance dad feels seen and valued.
Our Evolution
Dance Dads United was born from the real-life experiences of Bradford Michael Chabot, a Nashua, NH dad navigating the world of competitive dance with his two daughters. After countless hours in studio lobbies and early morning rehearsals, Bradford realized that while the girls were on stage, the dads were in the wings, uniting through shared sacrifice and pride. This community was built to give those men a voice and a sense of belonging in a world they proudly support from the sidelines. Our identity is captured in our logo: a dancer in blue and a supportive adult in gray, locked in a lasting swoosh of encouragement. Every piece of gear, from the “Proud Supporter of a Future Legend” badge to witty phrases like “I Don’t Dance, I Finance” and “Fueled by Coffee & Competitions,” is a badge of honor. We aren't just selling shirts; we're providing a lifestyle brand that celebrates the dedication, humor, and heart of every dance dad. Today, we extend that support through our Studio Partnership Program. By teaming up with local studios, we help outfit their crews in gear that gives back, with proceeds directly supporting the dancers and the artistic communities that raise them. This journey started with one dad in New Hampshire, but it has grown into a movement for every man who stands as the foundation for a future legend.
